What we collect
When you order or send a catering enquiry: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, optional email, the food you choose, pickup or delivery preference, address if you give one, requested time and notes. If you create an optional account: your email, name and phone/WhatsApp.
How we use it
Only to confirm, prepare and arrange your order or event, and to contact you about it — usually on WhatsApp. We do not sell your details. There is no online payment on this website.
Who can see it
Only approved Dedun Diners team members. If you have an account, you can see your own orders and enquiries; you can never see anyone else’s.
Job applicant privacy notice
If you apply for a role, we use your application and any CV you upload only for recruitment. Applications are visible only to approved administrators, who may contact you on the number you provide. CVs are kept in private storage. You can ask us to withdraw your application at any time on WhatsApp (0703 768 1560).
Your choices
You can update your account details on your account page, or message us on WhatsApp (0703 768 1560) to ask for a correction or removal of your information.
